Communities In Schools of Jacksonville has provided struggling students with wraparound support for 30 years through our case management, literacy tutoring, and afterschool programs.

CASE MANAGEMENT

Connects students with full-time site coordinators who provide support for students who are at risk of falling behind or dropping out.

LITERACY

Provides intensive one-on-one and small group literacy tutoring for students in elementary school, building a foundation for academic success.

AFTERSCHOOL

Gives students a safe place to connect with other students, complete schoolwork and participate in enrichment activities after the school bell rings.
